We stayed at a luxurious hotel with stunning mountain views from our comfortable rooms. The swimming pool, although a bit cold, provided a beautiful city view, and the jacuzzi was in great working condition. We enjoyed ordering food and drinks while relaxing in the jacuzzi, and the discount voucher made our experience even better. The location of this place is very convenient, as it is right next to a shopping center with a variety of food options and a supermarket. The suite rooms were spacious and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. One notable aspect is that this hotel provides bolsters on the beds, which is a plus for us.
We highly recommend this hotel to our friends. Such a great place to stay!

We loved the breathtaking view from our room at Grand Artos Hotel. The mountains and sunrise were truly spectacular. The spacious and modern interior of the hotel made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The swimming pool, especially the Jacuzzi, was a great way to relax. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the local taste was delicious. we highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is conveniently located near the local leading shopping mall, making it easy to grab a bite or go shopping. the spacious rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet has plenty of options to choose from.
The bathroom area could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness.

The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for my business trip. The hotel’s location was convenient, as it was close to shopping centers and key tourist attractions. I particularly enjoyed the gym facilities, which were well equipped and offered a great workout.
The hotel was quite crowded during peak season, which made it difficult to move around at times. the internet login process was complicated and required a lot of effort to access.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast varieties, and convenient location near tourist attractions and shopping centers. the hotel also offers car rentals and valet parking services.
The hotel fell short of my expectations during my New Year's stay. the rooms were dirty and dusty, and the shower didn't function properly.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities were clean and convenient, with a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi, and a good hairdryer in our room. The location was great, next to a shopping centre and with good transportation options. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes, both western and local, and we particularly liked the porridge and made-to-order eggs.
Nothing to fault.
